Our PMs use online tools that make any size project easy to follow and stay within scope, ahead of schedule and on/under budget.
- Development of overall project scope, schedule and budget for new pilot plants or for retrofitting existing processes.
- Advanced control and data collection strategies utilizing network roadmaps to a central data repository or local drive.
- Safety studies related to pilot plant projects including Hazop "'what if" reviews and Risk Assessment.
- Value engineering for existing plants and laboratory analyzers.
- Clients receive weekly updated status reports that show Project Milestones, Completed Tasks, Current Schedule, Current Labor and Material Forecast
- Clients receive next weeks milestones and detailed task lists for each of the trades involved.
- We ensure all projects are code compliant: local, state, federal design, safety, construction, etc.
- We incorporate client and engineering reviews, approval, stamping, etc. into our project plans to ensure ongoing input, satisfaction, compliance, and no surprises.
